Understanding Financial Markets Through Real Experience

We've spent years working with actual market data, learning from both successes and mistakes. Now we share what really works in fundamental analysis.

Where We Started

Back in 2019, I was managing a small portfolio and making every rookie mistake in the book. Reading quarterly reports without understanding what the numbers actually meant for business performance. Chasing trends instead of looking at underlying company health.

The turning point came during the March 2020 market crash. While everyone was panicking, I started seeing companies with genuinely strong fundamentals trading at ridiculous discounts. That's when fundamental analysis clicked — it wasn't just about ratios and formulas, but understanding what makes businesses actually work.

Three years later, we started mirquanthylo to teach the practical side of financial analysis. Not the theoretical stuff you find in textbooks, but the real-world approach that helps you spot opportunities before they become obvious to everyone else.

Our Teaching Philosophy

Most finance education focuses on memorizing formulas. We think that's backwards. You need to understand business operations first, then learn how financial statements reflect that reality.

Our programs start with how companies actually make money, then work backwards to the financial metrics. This approach helps you develop intuition for what numbers make sense and which ones should raise questions.
